Added a Download page to access PDFs, KMZs, etcs.

First link is the Chinese Military Aviation 2015 kmz, all info compiled from the awesome Scramble site.

Added SHUKE I WPS, SHUKE II WPS, and YOUDIAN WPS. 

Also added a Ship Index page to more easily find specific hull numbers

Added SHUWU WPS to the Coast Guard list.

Currently I'm trying to collect and publish information on Chinese Coast Guard(中国海警) vessels using the Office of Naval Intelligence's PLA Navy identification guide as my guide.

Most of the information concerning these vessels is from translated Chinese websites and forums.

Feel free to comment, correct, add information, sources, links, pictures etc.

Only some are done so far, more to come.
